By joining the Fair Work Commission’s user research community you will help shape our services, ensuring they meet the needs of those who engage with the Commission.

This subscription is NOT to join a group that helps plan and scope research for major cases like the annual wage review; but rather to be invited to participate in user research that is conducted by and for the Commission about its services.
